Writing Experience
With a foundation of a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, my career spans over 30 years in the corporate world where I worked, primarily, in the telecom industry at AT&T and Sprint. I also worked at other Fortune 500 companies in the information technology, financial services, and biotech industries as a master trainer, facilitator, analyst, quality assurance manager, and consultant. In each of these positions, I helped create sales and marketing materials.
During my 10 years at Sprint, I created many training manuals.
One example was a year-long project of a 750-page compilation of the entire production development process of Sprint Business.
It documented all levels of participation of how hundreds of employees nationwide were involved with the production of communication products offered by Sprint Business.
I received the prestigious President’s Club award for doing this.
After working in the corporate world for over 25 years, I worked as a Business Process Improvement consultant for many years.
Next, after developing a unique way to make choices and decisions; I operated a training company through which I conducted many webinars and workshops on this topic. I have trained CPAs, medical professionals, teachers, parents, law enforcement, teenager groups, and AA members.
Now, following training from AWAI, American Writers and Artists Institute and membership in PWA, Professional Writers Alliance, I have added copywriting to my services to help businesses in the health and self-empowerment industries achieve their goals using written copy and pictures given the impact persuasive copy can have on your sales.
